From Conflict to Connection Workshop: Emotion-Focused Skills for Families
Caregiving is challenging, especially when emotions run high. This Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) 4-week workshop helps you understand your loved one’s feelings and your own, so that when things come up, you feel more equipped to respond. This workshop is designed to support parents and caregivers to become their loved one’s emotion coach. Through understanding emotions rather than reacting to them, you’ll learn how to transform conflicts into opportunities for connection within your family.
Caregiving is rarely easy, but it can be deeply rewarding when you learn to navigate the “messy middle” with empathy and skill. This workshop offers a supportive space to grow as an emotion-coach, strengthen your family relationships, and create lasting positive change.
Thursdays 9:30am - 12:00pm
$150 (couple or individual) / session x 4 weeks. (Three 'Pay What You Can' spots available)
