The Art of Breathing: Connect. Breathe. Create.
When words are hard to find, we can turn to connection, breath, and art to express ourselves. Join Meghan & Rachel in this guided community gathering as they invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and honour the often unseen and selfless experience of motherhood—whatever that may look like for you.
Through breathwork, therapeutic art, and reflective sharing circles, this session offers space to release stress, ease feelings of overwhelm, and explore emotions that can feel difficult to name. Whether you come as a mother, to celebrate a mother, or in connection with a mother figure, no artistic experience is necessary—just a willingness to be present.

Weekly Warm Yoga Classes
Join Mallory for weekly Warm Restorative and Slow Flow Yin classes in person at our Newmarket Centre. Classes will be themed around exploring ways to use yoga to improve symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Post-Partum allowing you to tap into your body for deeper healing and connection.
Mallory’s classes are welcoming and body positive space for all those who attend. No prior experience required. All equitment provided for you.
