Breathwork Healing

Breathwork is a powerful mind-body practice that yields endless benefits to your mental, physical, and emotional health. The simple act of intentionally inhaling and exhaling can be used as a tool to combat stress, release trauma in the body, create a stronger connection with yourself, and support you in accessing deep personal transformation.

By breathing deeply and intentionally, you have the opportunity to integrate subconscious patterns, detox from stagnant emotions, and invite more flow into your life as you access altered states of consciousness.

Major shifts can take place by simply showing up for yourself and breathing. It’s a reminder of how easy and simple life can be when we are willing to step into discomfort and let go of the old stories that have been holding us back.

At Healing Recovery Centre,
we offer two types of breathwork:

Sherpa Breathwork

Sherpa Breathwork is the place to start if you’re brand new to breathwork and want to dip your toe in the water before committing to a 1-1 session or group ceremony.

Sherpa is a powerful, athletic type of breath that will allow you to experience the immediate effects that breathwork can have on your mind and body. This is for you if you want to experience a release that will leave you feeling invigorated and energized.

The immersive experience is unlike anything else I’ve tried, and Morgan is amazing at supporting you through the process.”

Clarity (Conscious, Connected) Breathwork

Clarity Breathwork is an advanced breathing technique where you consciously connect your inhale with your exhale without any pauses in between.

In a session, you are guided through a safe and supportive process that replenishes your body with oxygen and activates your innate ability to self-heal. As you breathe deeper, you go deeper within yourself to transform emotional blocks, move through early childhood trauma, and release limiting beliefs and thought patterns at a core level. This release will create a sense of calm and clarity in both your mind and body.

These newfound insights into your life can help you cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself. From this place, you can finally be the one in the driver’s seat, instead of your fear, shame, or trauma response running the show.

Yoga

We host gentle and accessible restorative yoga classes taught by Mallory to help your body and mind unwind from the stresses of everyday life. As you intentionally move with your breath, your body opens to a sense of awakened vitality. You will leave your practice feeling rested and rejuvenated.

From the restorative poses to the hands-on adjustments, I leave her classes feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The words she speaks, and the music that flows to her practice help to calm the mind and body and allows for a fresh outlook on life and what is really important.”

Meditation

Turn your attention inwards with meditation classes guided by Alison. Meditation is a tool that allows you to become more aware of your thoughts—not to control them—but to observe them. The goal of meditation is to become more mindful of the quality of your thoughts as you bring this practice out into your everyday life.

“Meditation is one of those buzzwords you hear all the time and think, “I could never do that”. But when I found myself in one of Alison’s classes, I couldn’t believe the relaxation I was able to experience; the deep peace in my body, and the increased focus and intention. Her voice is like nothing I have ever experienced and she just has a way about her that makes you feel safe and loved, which truly gives you the space to let go into the process to fully experience the power of this practice. In one session, she changed me from a nonbeliever to a believer. This is a must-try.”

Cold Immersion Therapy

Known for its next-level health benefits, cold therapy is an electrifying experience that instantly brings your attention to the present moment.

By immersing yourself in the cold water, you can finally let go of those stuck, unmoving thoughts and emotions. The cold can be used as a tool to stop a negative cycle in its tracks by quieting your mind as you focus on nothing but the sensations of the cold water against your skin.

This powerful practice can help you beat burnout and build inner resiliency, so you can show up for yourself and your life in an elevated way.

Mediumship

Whether you’re wanting to communicate with a loved one who passed or connect with your spirit guides, we offer mediumship sessions with the gifted Kaylin.

You can expect to start your session with grounding breathwork to clear energetic channels and bring you into a state of relaxation. From there, Kaylin works with your energy field to channel loved ones, spirit guides, and any other intuitive guidance that wants to come through.

The session ends with another round of Clarity Breathwork to close the spiritual doorway and release any emotions that may have surfaced in your reading. Not only will you leave your session feeling connected to your loved one on the other side, but you will also experience a deepened sense of connection with yourself, and newfound clarity about your life path.
